There are two bedrooms (one king, one queen), one full sized murphy bed in the sun room, & two full bathrooms. The third floor master has a sitting area, and a view of the gulf. The second floor bedroom has private access to the full bathroom and private deck. The kitchen, dining and sun room are also on this floor. The sun room has the murphy bed with access to the second floor deck. This fabulous beach house is just 450 feet up from the beach. You don't cross Gulf Drive to get to the beach! You can pack light- you'll find most everything you need here!

You're within walking distance of restaurants, bars, shopping, coffee shops, convenient store, and gulf cart rentals. We have several bikes for your complimentary use. You'll find all the amenities of home, like a coffee
The location is key! This vacation rental is in the heart of Anna Maria Island. Only 100 yards from beautiful beaches! You're within walking distance of restaurants, bars, shopping, coffee shops, convenient store, and gulf cart rentals. We have several bikes for your complimentary use. You'll find all the amenities of home, like a coffee maker, and a fully stocked kitchen. We have the bungalow professionally cleaned. The grocery store is just a mile away. By being on the island, you'll find you have time to travel by Trolley (why not, its fun, free, and convenient!), to get to Coquina Beach, parasailing, the Moose Lodge, the Ugly Grouper, Freckled Fin Irish Pub and pancakes on the beach. There is so much to do that a week may not be enough!

What to do on Anna Maria Island
Transportation On Anna Maria Island
Taking the free Trolley is a great way to experience the Island. It runs from 6AM to 10:30PM, passing our stop every 20 minutes. There are 14 stops on this route, which circles back to home. A tour of Anna Maria Island takes about an hour, but can vary with traffic. The beach house is located at "I" stop (Island Shopping Center), on the southbound Trolley. From Coquina Beach, there is an additional service to Sarasota available for an additional fee.

The Beach Market at Coquina Beach is back. Every Wednesday & Sunday from 10am - 4pm.
Restaurants and Bars
During this time of COVID, masks are still required when you enter any facility. It is recommended to eat outside anytime you can. Fortunately, there are so many options, you won't have to worry. We recommend the North Shore Cafe for coffee & breakfast. They have a great patio that overlooks the canal. The Ugly Grouper and The Freckled Fin have great outdoor seating area with live music. Bridge Street has some great outdoor options for you as well: the Bridge Tender, Daiquiri Deck, Island Time. Just off the island you can go to Tide Tables. You'll see that the food is so good that you'll have a hard time saying where to find the best fish tacos because they are all great!
The Doctors Office should not be missed if you enjoy a good martini or a drink with an attitude.
If you're in the mood to dance, try Decoy Ducks. Just remember to wear your mask- the dance floor is inside.
